What about ChatGPT, Google AI and Perplexity?
More people now ask AI tools for local recommendations, so the audit includes an AI search panel. It shows how many of a fixed set of AI answers named your business, which directories list you (Yelp, BBB, Angi, Houzz, Bing Places, Apple Maps, the state license board) and whether your website’s robots.txt blocks AI crawlers. Anything we did not check says “not checked”.
What we do not do: promise AI recommendations, sell llms.txt files or special AI markup as a ranking factor, or buy or plant mentions and reviews.

One client per category per service area
While you are a client, we will not work with another business that has the same primary Google Business Profile category in your service area, so we are never working against you.
- Storefronts (customers visit your address): a 15-mile radius around it.
- Service-area businesses (roofers, HVAC): the service area listed on your profile. Big metros are split into named sub-areas.
- How long: guaranteed while you are on Monthly Care. A Fix-Up holds your area through its 30-day results check.
- Rivals: if a same-category business asks to work with us, we ask you first. The default is no.
The exact wording will be in your service agreement. We check our client list before we build an audit for you.
Your profile stays yours
You add us as a Manager. You remain the Primary Owner and can remove us at any time. We never ask for your Google password, and we never lock you out or undo our work if you cancel. We follow Google’s guidelines: your real business name only, no fake or gated reviews, no keyword stuffing.

What is the Profile Fix-Up and what does it cost?
The Fix-Up is a one-time clean-up of your Google Business Profile: $349, or $249 founding-client price for our first 3 clients. What does Monthly Care cost and what is included?
Monthly Care is $199 a month (Core) or $349 a month (Growth), month to month, with no setup fee. Core covers 4 posts a month, review replies, photo refreshes, monitoring for unwanted edits, a monthly report and a quarterly AI check. Growth adds monthly rank scans, competitor review benchmarking, citation fixes, monthly AI tracking and quarterly outreach to “best of” lists. These are founding prices for a new service.
Do you need my Google password?
No. You stay the owner of your profile and add us as a Manager through Business Profile settings, then People and access. You can remove us at any time, and we never lock you out or undo our work if you cancel.
How does one client per category per service area work?
While you are a client, we will not take on another business with the same primary Google Business Profile category in your service area. Storefronts get a 15-mile radius; service-area businesses such as roofers get the service area listed on their profile. The guarantee holds for as long as you are on Monthly Care. A Fix-Up holds your area through its 30-day results check. If a same-category business asks to work with us, we ask you first and the default answer is no.
Can you guarantee I will rank first on Google Maps or be recommended by ChatGPT?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Google and the AI companies control their results, and AI answers change from one run to the next. We guarantee our own work and reporting: the deliverables, the schedule and the numbers we show you.
How do you improve visibility in AI search?
Google says there are no extra requirements for AI Overviews and AI Mode beyond good search practice, including an up-to-date Business Profile. Other AI tools lean on sources such as Yelp, BBB, Angi and your own website. So we keep your profile and those listings accurate and consistent, check that your website does not block AI crawlers, and measure how often you are named using a fixed set of prompts. We do not sell llms.txt files or special AI markup as a ranking factor.
